Shipping policy

When will my order ship?

  • I am a full time teacher currently. Orders will ship as soon as humanly possible, and are subject to inclimate weather delays (its the South ya'll). 

What if my order arrives late or damaged? 

  • Amethyst & Sage is not responsible for shipping delays or issues. However please inform me if your order seems lost, I will gladly help you track down your order. If your package arrives damaged please take photographs of the damage and contact me as soon as possible. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

  • Due the nature of our limited custom collaborations, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time. Each item we stock is final sale for the time being. 

Do you ship internationally? 

  • We are not shipping internationally at this time. Check back for updates!
